The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles and discloses a sensitive type push-pull telescopic mechanism. The mechanism comprises an automobile body, a fixing plate, supports, a push-pull rod, a motor, a wire harness and stress sensors. The lower end of the front support and the lower end of the rear support are both arranged inside grooves of the fixing plate. The upper end of the front support and the upper end of the rear support are both fixedly connected with the lower end of an automobile seat. The two ends of the push-pull rod are connected with the rear support and the motor respectively. The stress sensors are arranged on a cover lid of the automobile body. According to the mechanism, when an electronic control unit detects that the front portion or the rear portion of the automobile is impacted through the stress sensors, the automobile seat is moved forwards or backwards through the motor, and therefore the injury degree of a driver is reduced. The mechanism is reasonable in structure, simple in design and applicable to optimization design of an automobile collision loss reduction system.
