The invention discloses a safety anti-collision device for an electric flat carriage. Angle iron supports are arranged at the two ends of a table board of the electric flat carriage respectively. The two ends of each angle iron support are bent and then fixed to the two sides of the table board of the electric flat carriage through springs. The two ends of each angle iron support are each provided with an oblique plane. Forward-rotation travel switches and reverse-rotation travel switches corresponding to the oblique planes are arranged on the side faces of the table board of the electric flat carriage respectively. Contacts of the forward-rotation travel switches and contacts of the reverse-rotation travel switches are connected into corresponding control circuits of a frequency converter. By the adoption of the technical scheme, it is guaranteed that the electric flat carriage can stop automatically at any time through the device once the electric flat carriage collides with other equipment and production personnel when the electric flat carriage operates and is maintained, so that the personnel and equipment are prevented from being impacted, personnel casualties and equipment damage are avoided, and safe operation of the electric flat carriage is achieved.
