A straight arm part of an automobile chassis comprises a straight arm rod, wherein two ends of the straight arm rod are connected with a first connecting block and a second connecting block respectively, a bent arm rod is connected outside the first connecting block, and a cylindrical end with a drilled hole is arranged at one end of the bent arm rod; a first bulging column and a second bulging column which bulge out of upper and lower symmetric surfaces are arranged on two sides, close to the first connecting block and the second connecting block, of the straight arm rod respectively; bulging ribs connected with the first connecting block and the second connecting block are arranged on outer side edges of front and back surfaces of the straight arm rod respectively; bulging ribs connected with the first connecting block and the cylindrical end with the drilled hole are also arranged on outer side edges of front and back surfaces of the bent arm rod respectively; at least one concave plane is forged and pressed on each of front and back surfaces of the straight arm rod and the bent arm rod respectively. The straight arm part belongs to an improvement on the prior art and has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenience in machining and manufacturing, good usage reliability, high cost performance and the like.
