The invention discloses a freight safety management platform. Before the launching process of a vehicle, a central processor pushes the required maintenance projects of the vehicle to a vehicle-mounted terminal in the form of a list. A driver conducts the maintenance on the vehicle according to the maintenance list displayed on the vehicle-mounted terminal, and then inputs the maintenance result into the vehicle-mounted terminal. The vehicle-mounted terminal uploads the maintenance result to the central processor. The central processor conducts the analysis on the maintenance result. If the maintenance result of the vehicle on the maintenance projects is qualified, the central processor sends a vehicle launching allowing command to the vehicle-mounted terminal. If the maintenance result of the vehicle on the maintenance projects is unqualified, the central processor sends a vehicle launching forbidding command to the vehicle-mounted terminal. Upon receiving the vehicle launching forbidding command, the vehicle-mounted terminal locks up the vehicle. After that, a fatigue driving early-warning device monitors the fatigue state of the driver in real time. When the fatigue driving early-warning device detects that the driver is in the fatigue state, the device sends a signal to the central processor via the vehicle-mounted terminal. A thermal infrared imager is arranged in the cab of the vehicle. In this way, the freight safety is improved.
