The invention discloses a multi-source-point collaborative dispersion method for road network traffic flows in an urban waterlogging situation. The multi-source-point collaborative dispersion method is used for carrying out synchronous collaborative dispersion on congested traffic flows on the periphery of a plurality of waterlogging water accumulating points in a waterlogging frequently-occuring type city. The multi-source-point collaborative dispersion method has the advantages of expanding a dispersion method based on a single dispersing source point at present, constructing a joint dispersion method based on a genetic algorithm for multiple urban waterlogging water accumulating points, carrying out organic coordination and unified scheduling on congested traffic flows in different directions caused by the multiple waterlogging water accumulating points, and increasing operation efficiency of an urban road system maximally on the basis of eliminating conflicts between the congested traffic flows caused by the multiple waterlogging water accumulating points.
