An annular sunk portion is formed in the axial end face of an outer ring of an overturn clutch of the slow gear transmission mechanism, an inner ring is arranged in the annular sunk portion in a rotating and matched mode, and a meshing space is formed between an outer circle of the inner ring and the inner wall of the radial outer side of the annular sunk portion.
