The present invention discloses a long-service life durable environmental-protection vehicle inner tube material, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 0.5-1.5 parts of sulphur powder, 0.2-0.3 part of an accelerator CZ, 40-50 parts of compounding intercalation modification powder, 30-45 parts of a butyl rubber, 15-20 parts of carbon black, 0.3-1 part of an anti-aging agent AW, 15-25 parts of butyl rubber scrap tire, 1-3 parts of POE, 1-2 parts of polyisobutylene, 10-14 parts of a chloroprene rubber, 4-6 parts of polyacrylate, 0.5-2 parts of dioctyl adipate, 10-13 parts of calcined pot clay, 2-4 parts of hydrated zinc borate, 1-3 parts of N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, 1-2 parts of an anti-aging agent 4010, 2-4 parts of trioctyl trimellitate, 3-7 parts of calcium stearate, and 1-2 parts of cashew nut shell oil. According to the present invention, the anti-aging agent compounding and the reasonable matching of the remaining raw materials are performed to prepare the inner tube material, and the long-service life durable environmental-protection vehicle inner tube material has characteristics of smooth appearance, good hand feeling, high strength, high aging resistance and high resilience.
