The invention discloses a hydraulic self-climbing escape ladder device of a super high-rise building. The hydraulic self-climbing escape ladder device comprises an embedding part system, a hydraulic jacking system, a platform tripod system, a tower ladder protection system, an anti-side wall attaching prevention system. The embedding part system is embedded at the corresponding position of a shear wall of a core cylinder; the platform tripod system is formed by connecting a guide rail, a platform main beam, a platform secondary beam and a box iron inclined support through a pin shaft; the tower ladder protection system is composed of a standard unit and a steel wire net protection body of a cross-shaped disc tower ladder and is connected with the platform tripod system through a pin shaft; the anti-side wall attaching prevention system is composed of anti-side rollers and a wall attaching support and is connected with a main body of the cross-shaped tower ladder through a buckling part; and the hydraulic jacking system is composed of two hydraulic oil cylinders. The problem that under the condition that a construction elevator is shut down due to failures, a constructor needs to go up and down or escape is solved; through a hydraulic power device, free climbing of the escape ladder is achieved; the lifting height of the escape ladder can be freely adjusted; and recycling is achieved, and operation is easy.
