The invention discloses a side rear rotation operation telescopic forklift which comprises a vehicle navigation bridge at the front, an operating board in the middle, a pallet fork portal frame on the rear, as well as a pallet fork, a hydraulic control system and an electric control system connected with each other, wherein the vehicle navigation bridge is arranged on the other side opposite to the pallet fork portal frame; the operating board is arranged on the side of a telescopic boom device and can be conveniently linked with a vehicle driving device between the vehicle navigation bridge and the pallet fork portal frame; the telescopic boom device comprises a winch and a telescopic boom connected with the winch; the front end of the telescopic boom is connected with a portal frame angle demodulator; the portal frame angle demodulator is detachably connected with the pallet fork portal frame; the pallet fork portal frame is perpendicular to the ground; a cargo forking weighing wheel is mounted at the bottom of the pallet fork portal frame and is used as a supporting point in case of cargo forking. The side rear rotation operation telescopic forklift is small in operation area, wide in operation extending range and high in practicality, can rapidly reach a site, and has the functions of cargo forking and unloading, push shovel and hoisting.
