The invention provides an anti-falling aerial operation table. The anti-falling aerial operation table comprises an operation table body and a fence fixed to the periphery of the operation table body. The anti-falling aerial operation table further comprises a carrying plate and an air cylinder. The operation table body is provided with sliding ways which are through in the vertical direction. The carrying plate is arranged on the operation table body, the bottom of the carrying plate is fixedly connected with a plurality of guiding columns, and the guiding columns are in sliding connection to the interiors of the sliding ways. The air cylinder is fixed to the portion below a channel on the operation table body, a piston rod of the air cylinder is horizontally arranged and fixedly connected with the guiding columns, and the air cylinder is electrically connected with a controller. According to the anti-falling aerial operation table, the carrying plate structure is additionally arranged, and guiding rods in sliding connection to the operation table body are pushed by the air cylinder to achieve sliding of the carrying plate on the operation table body. Operators can obtain objects conveyed to the operation table body from a channel port of the operation table body in a safety operation area, the safety of the operators is guaranteed, and falling accidents, occurring when the operators take the objects near the channel port, of the operators are avoided.
