The invention provides a microchannel steam phase change test system based on an overload condition. By means of the microchannel steam phase change overload test system, the flow states of fluid in the microscale evaporation phase change process under the overload condition are observed, the flow pattern flow states of the fluid microscale phase changes under different overload environments are analyzed, and the principle of microscale heat exchange is more deeply researched. According to the scheme, by improving a pressure source system and an overheat gas condensation collection system of an evaporation flow state observation system in an overload microchannel, the test system has overload resistance; an evaporator outlet segment vacuum degree control system is newly designed, the proper vacuum degree of an evaporator is guaranteed while the influence on the test system of a condensation recycling system is avoided, and it is guaranteed that test can be carried out effectively; by controlling the test system and the mounting angle of a tester, different overload environments are simulated, the flow states of the fluid in the microscale evaporation phase change process under the overload condition are obtained through a test observation system, the flow pattern flow states of the fluid microscale phase changes under different overload environments are analyzed, and the principle of the microscale heat exchange is more deeply researched.
