The invention relates to an electronic brake power assisting device with a sliding lead screw structure. A small gear is arranged at the end of a motor shaft. A first-level speed reduction gear engaged with the small gear is arranged on one side of the small gear. A second-level speed reduction gear is arranged on one side of the first-level speed reduction gear and engaged with the first-level speed reduction gear. A sliding nut sliding in the axial direction is arranged in the middle of the second-level speed reduction gear. The outer ring of the sliding nut is connected with the second-level speed reduction gear through positioning protrusions. A sliding screw rod rotationally connected with the sliding nut is arranged at the inner ring of the sliding nut. An ejector rod is arranged at one end of the sliding screw rod, and the other end of the sliding screw rod is connected with one end of a main cylinder piston, and the other end of the main cylinder piston is inserted in a brake master cylinder. The electronic brake power assisting device has the beneficial effects that the structure is simple, the production cost is low, and the rotation of a motor can be effectively converted into the sliding of the screw rod.
