The invention discloses a shaft-disc locking mechanism. The shaft-disc locking mechanism is mainly used for quickly braking rotating-shaft parts of a transmission mechanism, and accurately positioning the stop position of a shaft, and reaches quick and high-accuracy effects. The shaft-disc locking mechanism comprises an output shaft which is controlled by a power source through a power input component, wherein the output shaft vertically penetrates through the center of a fixed contrate gear, so that the fixed contrate gear is fixed on the output shaft; a sliding contrate gear is arranged opposite to the front tooth side of the fixed contrate gear, and movably mounted on a machine frame; a driving device is connected on the sliding contrate gear; the sliding contrate gear is driven by the driving device so as to make axial movement along the output shaft.
