The invention discloses a variable-rigidity bumper system based on pre-collision. The variable-rigidity bumper system comprises a cross beam, an air bag arranged on the cross beam, an air inlet pipe and an air source. One end of the air inlet pipe is connected with the air bag. The air inlet pipe is provided with a control valve. The air source is connected with the other end of the air inlet pipe. The rigidity of the air bag is adjusted by controlling the inflation amount of the air bag, and accordingly the energy absorption characteristic of a bumper can be flexibly adjusted according to the collision property judged by an automobile system.
