The invention discloses an engine suspension and an automobile. The engine suspension comprises a rubber cushion. Fixed plates are arranged at the two longitudinal ends of the rubber cushion respectively. The engine suspension further comprises a sleeve and a rigid framework embedded in the rubber cushion. The sleeve penetrates through the central part of the rubber cushion and the central parts of the fixed plates. An annular groove surrounds the longitudinal middle part of the outer wall of the rubber cushion. One part of the rigid framework is located at the groove bottom of the annular groove. A cavity is formed between the groove bottom and the sleeve. The faces, making contact with the fixed plates, on the rubber cushion are concave-convex faces. According to the engine suspension, in the longitudinal direction, the rubber cushion makes contact with the fixed plates through the concave-convex faces, and vibration can be attenuated through deformation of the concave-convex faces; in the transverse direction, the cavity is formed between the sleeve and the groove bottom of the annular groove, vibration can be effectively attenuated through attenuation of rubber by which the cavity is defined, and therefore the longitudinal vibration and the transverse vibration can both be effectively attenuated, and the number of vibration attenuation directions is large.
