The invention relates to a magnetic fluid momentum sphere used for satellite attitude adjustment. The magnetic fluid momentum sphere comprises stators and a sphere shell; the stators are divided into three groups; the axes of the three groups of stators are orthogonal to each other; each group of stators includes two stators which are symmetrical to each other with respect to the center of the sphere shell; inner surfaces of the stators are spherical surfaces; two hemispherical shells are combined with each other so as to form the sphere shell; the sphere shell is made of a non-ferromagnetic material; the inner surfaces of the stators are attached to the outer surface of the sphere shell; the sphere shell and the inner surfaces of the stators do not move relatively; and the sphere shell is filled with a magnetic fluid. According to the magnetic fluid momentum sphere of the invention, satellite attitude adjustment can be realized through adjusting the magnetic fluid. The magnetic fluid momentum sphere has the advantages of small size, light weight, low cost, low coupling between axes, simple manufacture, compact structure, small friction between the magnetic fluid and the shell, low loss, high reliability and high efficiency. The sphere shell of the magnetic fluid momentum sphere of the invention does not rotate.
