The invention discloses an intelligent bus snapshot system based on TD-SCDMA technology. The system comprises a bus snapshot system a network operator and a traffic management center management platform. The bus snapshot system comprises a plurality of cameras, a vehicle-mounted GPS, a driving system and a TD-SCDMA router. The network operator enables communication base stations distributed to various regions and the driving systems in on-site buses to be connected through a TD-SCDMA network, and is connected with the traffic management center management platform through a digital special line. The traffic management center management platform comprises an access router, a firewall, an authentication server and an information collection and processing system. The beneficial effects of the system are that the system effectively covers the whole bus driving lines, and automatically snapshots the forbidden behaviors of intruding into exclusive bus lanes in pass-forbidding time period in real time; the snapshot process does not need operation of drivers, thereby ensuring driving safety; position information of the buses is collected in real time; and diversity of network modules enables data to be transmitted to a monitoring platform in time, thereby reducing the illegal lane occupation behavior of social vehicles, and improving use efficiency of the exclusive bus lanes.
