The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, in particular to a novel lever hoist structure. The novel lever hoist structure comprises a front wallboard and a rear wallboard which are oppositely arranged in a fore-and-aft interval, wherein a hoisting chain wheel is arranged between the front wallboard and the rear wallboard; a long shaft stretching out towards the fore-and-aft direction is connected to the hoisting chain wheel; a disengaging device is connected to a position positioned on the front side of the front wallboard, on the long shaft; a wrench device which is connected with the front wallboard and cooperates with the disengaging device is arranged outside the disengaging device; an upper supporting rod is connected to a position above the hoisting chain wheel, between the front wallboard and the rear wallboard; a hook is connected to the upper supporting rod; a hoisting chain drooping downwards on the left side and the right side is wound on the hoisting chain wheel; a lifting hook is connected to the one end on the left side or the right side, which is used as a load end, of the hoisting chain, and a limit pull ring is connected to one end on the other side, which is used as a loosening end, of the hoisting chain; a chain guiding device is also arranged between the front wallboard and the rear wallboard. The lever hoist structure is safe and stable to use, high in load capacity, not liable to be damaged, high in fluency, and good in guiding effect.
