A vertical mine wall climbing device comprises wall climbing mechanism parts and guide mechanism parts, wherein each wall climbing mechanism part comprises lateral thrust hydraulic cylinders, slant thrust hydraulic cylinders, wall climbing soles, first supporting seats and second supporting seats; the first and second supporting seats are fixedly mounted on the lower surface of an upper disc in a wellbore; the cylinder barrel end parts of the lateral thrust hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the first supporting seats; the piston rod end parts of the lateral thrust hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the cylinder barrel middle parts of the slant thrust hydraulic cylinders; the cylinder barrel end parts of the slant thrust hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the second supporting seats; the wall climbing soles are hinged to the piston rod end parts of the slant thrust hydraulic cylinders; the sole surfaces of the wall climbing soles correspond to a mine wall; each guide mechanism part comprises guide wheels and guide wheel carriers; each guide wheel is mounted at one end of the corresponding guide wheel carrier; the other end of each guide wheel carrier is fixedly connected with the upper surface of a lower disc in the wellbore. Through adoption of the vertical mine wall climbing device, the requirement of the wellbore for slight and frequent lifting can be met; meanwhile, the maintenance cost of the vertical mine wall climbing device is reduced, and the work efficiency and running safety of the vertical mine wall climbing device are improved.
