The invention discloses a variable-dip-angle whole-water-area water surface photovoltaic power station modularized double-hull-integrated floating device. The double-hull-shaped floating device comprises a plurality of modularly-designed floating bodies (1) connected into a piece, wherein each floating body (1) comprises cuboid channels (2) horizontally arranged in the front and assembly-supporting oblique planes (3) located in the back. Each assembly-supporting oblique plane (3) comprises two mutually-parallel hulls (3.1), a U-shaped connecting body (3.2) is arranged between the two hulls (3.1) in the horizontal direction, a group of lifting lugs (4) are arranged at the front end of each cuboid channel (2) and the rear end of each assembly-supporting oblique plane (3) respectively, and every two adjacent front-back lifting lugs (4) are superposed in a vertical hole-aligning mode and are connected and fixed through a chain. The shortcomings that bases in the prior art are not beneficial to water surface photovoltaic power station modular building and are not feasible for lake surfaces, reservoirs and the like larger in water level change are overcome, and the variable-dip-angle whole-water-area water surface photovoltaic power station modularized double-hull-integrated floating device has the advantages that the double-hull-integrated floating device can be applied to water areas different in latitude and type and the scale effect can be achieved.
