The invention relates to a column stabilized offshore nuclear power platform. The bottom of the nuclear power platform is provided with an ring-shaped floating box, the bottom of the ring-shaped floating box is fixed to the seabed of a shoal water area through a suction pile foundation, and a cross-shaped horizontal transversal support is disposed in a hollow position of the ring-shaped floating box; four corners of the floating box are respectively provided with columns, the outside face of each column is provided with a suspension chain type or tensioning anchoring system used for locating in a deepwater area; the upper portion of the ring-shaped floating box is connected with the bottom of the platform deck, and axes of columns and the axis of the suction pile foundation coincide; and a cylindrical nuclear island cabin is disposed between the middle portion of the horizontal transversal support in the ring-shaped floating box and the platform deck, the upper end of the nuclear island cabin penetrates through the platform deck, the platform deck is provided with a nuclear island hatch cover and an anticollision protection structure, and the sea level is higher than an immersion height needed by the nuclear island cabin after the nuclear power platform is arranged in place. The column stabilized offshore nuclear power platform is good in security, simple in structure, easy to mount and arrange in place, and low in engineering cost, and the column stabilized offshore nuclear power platform can provide stable, reliable and clean energy for exploitation of offshore oil and gas fields in shoal water areas and deepwater areas, islands and seaside users.
