The invention discloses an energy saving and emission reduction real-time analysis method for ship speed reduction. The energy saving and emission reduction real-time analysis method comprises the steps that 1, real-time data of operating parameters of a ship and a main engine of the ship are analyzed; 2, real-time parameters of ship fuel characteristics are analyzed; 3, the real-time steam consumption of a ship steam system is calculated in real time; 4, the optimal navigational speed of the ship is determined and controlled according to the real-time data of the operating parameters of the ship and the main engine, the real-time parameters of the ship fuel characteristics and the real-time steam consumption of the ship steam system obtained in the steps 1-3 and the freight volume borne by the ship and a shipment distance; 5, according to influence of the factors obtained in the steps 1-4 and related to ship energy efficiency operation indexes, the ship energy efficiency operation indexes are determined, and main engine speed reduction and the most-fuel-saving optimal critical point of ship energy saving and emission reduction are obtained. The energy saving and emission reduction real-time analysis method can be used for guidance on optimal ship speed reduction practice, the fuel cost is reduced by reducing the speed and saving fuel so as to achieve energy saving and emission reduction, and the energy efficiency level and economic benefit of the ship are improved.
