The invention provides an automotive electrical part starting device and relates to the field of automobiles. The device comprises a low pulse detection module, wherein the signal acquisition end of the low pulse detection module is used for acquiring the voltage of a storage battery of an automobile so as to generate a corresponding acquisition signal, and the storage battery of the automobile generates an instant low pulse only when the automobile is started, and the voltage in the storage battery is in a relatively stable state all the time during normal traveling and parking; in this way, electrical parts of the automobile can receive working signals as soon as the automobile is started so as to be in the working state, and then starting delay of the automobile parts is reduced.
