The invention relates to the field of automobile manufacturing and in particular relates to an automobile children anoxia protection device started via an in-vehicle audio frequency. The automobile children anoxia protection device comprises a control system, an in-vehicle oxygen monitoring system, a critical oxygen content alarming system and an emergency managing system, wherein when parking time exceeds 30 minutes, automobile windows and doors are closed and the in-vehicle audio frequency control device is stimulated by over 60 db high frequency sound in the automobile, the children anoxia protection device is started; after the control system receives oxygen content data monitored by the in-vehicle oxygen monitoring system in real time, a comparison is made between the oxygen content data and the set critical oxygen content; and when in-vehicle oxygen content reaches to or is lower than the critical oxygen content, the critical oxygen content alarming system is started and the emergency managing system is started at the same time, so life safety of children locked in the vehicle can be effectively protected.
