The moving body state notification device is provided with a vehicle information acquisition unit (2) which acquires vehicle information indicating various states of a vehicle, a state determination unit (3) which determines the overall state of the vehicle by an overall evaluation of the content of the various states of the vehicle indicated by the vehicle information acquired by the vehicle information acquisition unit (2), and a notification processing unit (4) which outputs the overall state of the vehicle determined by the state determination unit (3) to an output unit (6) for notification.
