The invention provides an electric car dynamic wireless power supply system based on a resonance magnetic coupling technology and method. The system comprises a power module, a rectification and filtration module, a power oscillation module, an orientation module, a signal control module, an emission unit switching control module, electromagnetic field emission units and electromagnetic field receiver units; the power module, the rectification and filtration module, the power oscillation module, the emission unit switching control module, the signal control module and the orientation module are sequentially connected, and the emission unit switching control module is connected with the plurality of electromagnetic field emission units, and the electromagnetic field receiver units are arranged on an electric car. By adopting the electric car dynamic wireless power supply system, the electric car can be charged dynamically during a driving process, so that the problems of short cruising distance and huge financial consumption of a static charging station of a conventional electric car can be overcome; moreover, the construction is convenient, the transmission capacity is high, the electromagnetic radiation impact is small, and the requirement of beautifying a city can be met, the market prospect is broad.
