The invention provides an anti-entangling device and a main shaft hoisting system. The anti-entangling device comprises two blocking beams, four first bearings, 2N+2 second bearings and at least 2N+2 resisting wheels, wherein N is greater than or equal to 2, and N is an integer. The two ends of each blocking beam are fixed to the inner side of a shaft, and the two blocking beams are parallel to each other. Each first bearing is connected with the two blocking beams, two first bearings are located on one side of the centerline of the shaft, and the other two first bearings are located on the other side of the centerline. The two first bearings located on the same side are connected through the N+1 corresponding second bearings, a gap is formed between every two adjacent second bearings, each of N tail ropes penetrates through the two corresponding gaps in the two sides of the centerline, and the N tail ropes are parallel to one another in the direction of the centerline. Each resisting wheel is arranged on the peripheral side of the corresponding second bearing in a sleeving mode. Thus, the tail ropes are prevented from being entangled, and accordingly the reliability of the main shaft hoisting system is improved.
