The invention provides an ultra-high-speed cleaning device for a remotely piloted vehicle, which is characterized by comprising rotorcrafts and flexible cables or cloth straps, wherein each rotorcraft comprises a fuselage, a plurality of electric rotor wings, a flight status computer control system and a remote controller, and the flexible cables or cloth straps are suspended below the rotorcrafts. The rotorcrafts can be used to enter places where people are not convenient to enter. The flexible cables or cloth straps can shake under the fan effect of the rotor wings like a flag fluttering in the air, and the shake can generate smashing and sweeping effects on accumulated snow. Only by passing through a photovoltaic cell panel from east to west at a speed of 100 kilometers per hour, 80% of accumulated snow with the thickness of 100 millimeters on the photovoltaic cell panel with the length of 1.2 meters in the south-north direction can be swept to interval passages in the south-north direction of the photovoltaic cell panel and/or the place below the photovoltaic cell panel, and thus the threat of the accumulated snow to the photovoltaic cell panel is relieved. By adopting an external power supply, the hang time of the remotely piloted vehicle can be greatly prolonged.
