The invention discloses an electric bicycle backseat structure with a damping device. The electric bicycle backseat structure comprises a back bicycle wheel and a bicycle frame. Connecting sheets are fixed to a rotating shaft of the back bicycle wheel. One end of a slant supporting rod is fixed to each connecting sheet. The other end of each slant supporting rod is fixed to a seat connecting cylinder of the bicycle frame. Vertical parts and connecting parts are fixedly welded to the bottom of a backrest frame. The lower end of each vertical part is fixed to the corresponding connecting sheet. A first supporting rod is fixed to the lower end of each connecting part. The lower end of each first supporting rod is fixed to the corresponding connecting sheet. Second supporting rods are fixedly welded to the front portion of the bottom face of the backrest frame. The other end of each second supporting rod is fixedly welded to the corresponding slant supporting rod. A backrest base plate is fixed to the backrest frame. Convex columns are arranged on the top face of the backrest base plate. Connecting blocks are arranged on the bottom face of a backrest. The top ends of the convex columns are inserted into concave holes formed in the bottom faces of the connecting blocks in a sleeved manner. Buffering springs are inserted into the convex columns in a sleeved manner. The electric bicycle backseat structure is simple in structure and convenient to install; and in addition, the damping effect is achieved, and the use comfort level of the backrest is improved.
