The invention discloses a positioning and anti-collision system of large maintenance machines. The system comprises a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminals and a ground terminal. Each vehicle-mounted terminal is arranged on one large maintenance machine and moves along with the large maintenance machine, each vehicle-mounted terminal is used for collecting one piece of condition and parameter information of the corresponding large maintenance machine, sending out a short-distance anti-collision alarm and receiving a long-distance anti-collision alarm, the ground terminal is fixed to a geographical environment having good signals, the ground terminal is used for establishing working models for a plurality of the large maintenance machines, collecting condition and parameter information of a plurality of the large maintenance machines, and controlling the distance between each large maintenance machine and the rest adjacent large maintenance machines to be within a certain range, so that the contact-losing or collision accidents are avoided.
