The invention relates to a multifunctional logistic digital lock which comprises a shell, a clamping board and a locking device. The shell is of a hollow structure, a first penetrating hole set is formed in the upper portion of the shell, and a clamping combination part is arranged in the shell; the clamping board can penetrate the shell, a second penetrating hole set is formed in the middle of the clamping board, when the clamping board is inserted in the shell to the preset position, the first penetrating hole set and the second penetrating hole set coincide with each other, the clamping board is provided with a clamping part, and the clamping part is matched with the clamping combination part; and the locking device is made of a flexible material, one end of the locking device penetrates the first penetrating hole set and the second penetrating hole set, and the other end of the locking device is fixedly connected with an object to be locked. When the clamping board is inserted downwards from the preset position of the shell, the clamping combination part and the clamping part are clamped, and part of the locking device is clamped between the clamping board and the interior of the shell. Due to the fact that the clamping board is inserted downwards into the shell to drive the locking device to be clamped between the shell and the clamping board, the one-time locking function is achieved.
