The invention belongs to the technical field of wheel machining and manufacturing and in particular relates to an integrated non-welded wheel and a machining process thereof. The integrated non-welded wheel comprises a wheel spoke and a wheel rim and is characterized in that the wheel spoke and the wheel rim are integrally spun; a ring stopping groove is formed between the wheel rim and the wheel spoke; a plurality of bolt holes are uniformly formed in the wheel spoke; a plurality of air holes are uniformly formed in a circumferential direction of the wheel spoke; and the integrated non-welded wheel is obtained by spinning a circular cake material, compressing a circular arc wheel flange on a workpiece, finishing the outer circle diameter of the workpiece, reversely spinning the workpiece, punching a central locating hole, the bolt holes, the air holes and a valve core hole in the workpiece, and turning the internal plane of the workpiece. The integrated non-welded wheel and the machining process thereof, provided by the invention, are advantaged in that the consistency of the whole performance of the integrated non-welded wheel is ensured as the wheel rim and the wheel spoke of the wheel are integrally spun, not welded; the process of the wheel is simple; the wheel is convenient to manufacture; the cost of the wheel is low; the wheel is time-saving, labor-saving, safe and reliable; and the personal safeties of a driver and passengers are ensured.
