The invention discloses an internal combustion engine waste heat refrigeration apparatus. Double-jet pipes are connected between an engine and an exhaust pipe; a main jet pipe of the double-jet pipes works as an exhaust channel for the engine; an auxiliary jet pipe is connected with a vacuum fan; a branch pipe of the auxiliary jet pipe is connected with a steamer; exhaust discharged out of the engine at high speed enters the main jet pipe of the double-jet pipes, so the steamer connected with the branch pipe of the auxiliary jet pipe is vacuumized; water is supplied to the steamer via a water nozzle, so latent heat is release by the water in the steamer and cooling and refrigeration can be achieved; cold capacity produced by the steamer is blown out of the vacuum fan, so the interior of a vehicle is cooled and an action of an air conditioner is realized; if the steamer is installed on a warming case, so the steamer can work as a vehicle-mounted refrigerator; exhaust discharged out of the engine can be reused; and normal exhaust and power output of the engine cannot be affected and energy consumption of the engine can be reduced.
