The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery and discloses high-altitude operating equipment, a controlling method of the high-altitude operating equipment, a device of the high-altitude operating equipment and a system of the high-altitude operating equipment. According to the high-altitude operating equipment, the possibility of the phenomenon that an operator inputs operating signals by mistake when the high-altitude operating equipment vibrates according to a working bucket is reduced, and the using safety of the high-altitude operating equipment is improved. The controlling method comprises the steps of obtaining parameter information reflecting the vibration strength of the working bucket of the high-altitude operating equipment, and shielding operating signals input to the high-altitude operating equipment from an operating bench when the parameter information exceeds a corresponding preset standard valve. According to the controlling method, the vibration strength of the working bucket can be judged by detecting the parameter information reflecting the vibration strength of the working bucket and comparing the parameter information with the corresponding preset standard valve. If the vibration strength is too large, the operating signals input to the high-altitude operating equipment from the operating bench are shielded. Thus, the phenomenon that the working bucket vibrates by accident to cause error operation of workers is avoided.
