The invention discloses a crane jib, a crane and a crane jib recycling method and relates to the field of engineering machines. The efficiency of recycling a built-in auxiliary jib body of the crane jib is improved. The crane jib comprises a main jib body and the built-in auxiliary jib body, wherein the main jib body is provided with a first limiting piece and a first locking piece, and the built-in auxiliary jib body is correspondingly provided with a second limiting piece and a second locking piece. In the recycling process of the built-in auxiliary jib body, the first limiting piece and the second limiting piece can limit the relative positions of the first locking piece and the second locking piece so that the first locking piece and the second locking piece can interlock with each other. According to the crane jib, the first locking piece and the second locking piece are limited through the first limiting piece and the second limiting piece so as to be interlocked in a matched manner in the right place. It is unnecessary to manually conduct centered locking on the built-in auxiliary jib body of the crane jib, so that recycling of the built-in auxiliary jib body is greatly simplified, and recycling efficiency is improved.
