The invention provides a small crane main beam. The small crane main beam comprises transverse beams, auxiliary plates and main beams, wherein each main beam is formed by cutting the whole high-quality I-shaped steel into a proper length; the length can be optionally set according to the needs; strip-shaped holes which are symmetrically distributed are formed in the upper end of each main beam; a bevel angle of 30 degrees is formed between each of two ends of the lower part of each main beam and the horizontal direction; two main beams in one group and the transverse s form a rectangle; the transverse beams are welded at two ends of the main beams through channel steel, positioning holes are formed in the side faces of the transverse beams, fixing plate holes are formed in the upper surfaces of the transverse beams, and two ends of the lower sides of the transverse beams are connected with the auxiliary plates; each auxiliary plate is a steel plate with the thickness of 10mm, is provided with two strip-shaped holes, has the same width as each main beam and is respectively fixed on four bevel angles of the main beams. The existing profiles are ingeniously utilized, the small crane main beam is reasonable in layout, uniform in stress and simple in processing technology, the cost is reduced, and the overall strength is improved, so that the service life is prolonged, the operating safety is improved, the lengths of the main beams are flexible and variable, and the small crane main beam can be matched with different mines and plants and is simple in mounting process and reasonable in design.
