The invention relates to a ship positioning anchor system, and belongs to the technical field of ship positioning anchors. Four-anchor positioning is adopted for the ship positioning anchor system. The ship positioning anchor system is characterized in that a bow and a stern are both provided with an upper-layer deck and a lower-layer deck, and the upper-layer decks are exposed decks for engineering work; positioning winches are arranged on the lower-layer decks; steel wire ropes pass through vertical fair-leads (2) after being led out through the positioning winches, the direction of the steel wire ropes is changed into the vertically upward direction, the steel wire ropes penetrate through the upper-layer decks to enter deck houses (11) specially arranged on the upper-layer decks, the direction of the steel wire ropes is changed into the horizontally backward direction through vertical fair-leads (2) at the tops of the deck houses (11), the steel wire ropes penetrate through rotary fair-leads (4), and the tail ends of the steel wire ropes are connected with positioning anchors (10); the rotary fair-leads (4) are arranged at the top end of the side wall of a hull.
