The invention provides a rearview mirror automatic adjustment system, an automobile with the system and a rearview mirror automatic adjustment method. The rearview mirror automatic adjustment system comprises a sensing element, an automobile body control module, a rearview mirror control module, a rearview mirror position memorizing module and an executing motor. The rearview mirror automatic adjustment system, the automobile with the system and the rearview mirror automatic adjustment method have the beneficial effect that manufacturers mostly understanding automobiles preset rearview mirror angles of drivers at various viewpoints, and therefore the maximum view field of a rearview mirror is guaranteed during driving of the drivers.
