The invention provides a shock absorbing pad in order to solve the problem that a shock absorbing pad in the prior art cannot perform large-amplitude vibration and small-amplitude vibration at the same time. The shock absorbing pad comprises an upper supporting body (1), a deformation shock absorbing part (2) and a lower supporting body (3). The deformation shock absorbing part (2) can be fixed between the upper supporting body (1) and the lower supporting body (3) in the manner that the deformation shock absorbing part (2) can elastically deform in the direction from the upper supporting body (1) to the lower supporting body (3). The shock absorbing pad further comprises a boss (5) which is located between the lower surface of the upper supporting body (1) and the upper surface of the lower supporting body (3). The height, in the direction from the upper supporting body (1) to the lower supporting body (3), of the boss (5) is smaller than the distance between the lower surface of the upper supporting body (1) and the upper surface of the lower supporting body (3). The shock absorbing pad can perform large-amplitude vibration and small-amplitude vibration at the same time, and the service life of the shock absorbing pad is long.
