The invention discloses an electric balancing vehicle, a wheel and a motor assembly. The invention discloses a motor assembly, comprising a stator and a rotor arranged on the outside of the stator along the radial direction. The motor assembly is characterized in that the stator comprises an inner ring body and a winding body which is connected to the inner ring body for winding a coil; the axial size of the inner ring body is greater than the axial size of the winding body; the inner ring comprises a first split body and a second split body; the first split body is provided with a circular winding body installation surface for installing a winding body and a circular first bearing installation surface for installing the bearing; the diameter of the first bearing installation surface is greater than that of the winding body installation surface; the second split body is provided with a circular second bearing installation surface for installing the bearing; the winding body is fixedly installed on the winding body installation surface of the first split body; the second split body is fixedly connected to the first split body; the inner ring body forms a cavity, at least part of which axially goes through the motor assembly. As a result, the middle part of the motor assembly has no structure members, and thus the weight is reduced and the portability is enhanced.
