The invention provides a vehicle-mounted charging system of an electromobile. The vehicle-mounted charging system comprises a digital signal processor (DSP) chip and a DSP peripheral circuit and also comprises an input AC undervoltage detection circuit, a charging output polarity detection circuit, a battery voltage detection circuit, a charging voltage detection and fault-tolerant circuit and a charging current detection and fault-tolerant circuit, wherein safe and rapid charging voltage and current are comprehensively made according to self-detection results of all unit circuits and a detection result of an electromobile body controller module, and self-detection data and execution data are uploaded to a an ECU or a central control instrument screen in the electromobile for display through a CAN bus. By the vehicle-mounted charging system, the problems of simple functions and incapability of intelligently cooperating with an electromobile electric management module for charging in the prior art are solved, charging voltage/current is accurately judged through acquiring two-path simulation signals output from the charging voltage/current detection and fault-tolerant circuit by a DSP chip through an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a corresponding charging method/constant current value charging is made by the DSP chip according to a result, and the battery is ensured to be prevented from being damaged due to voltage overcharging.
