The invention discloses a combined adjustable crane balance weight device which comprises a support and a cargo boom connected with the support through a rotating disc. One end of the upper surface of the cargo boom is connected with a balance weight body through a balance weight connection frame. The balance weight connection frame comprises a first fixed balance weight frame connected with the balance weight body and a second fixed balance weight frame connected with the cargo boom. A telescopic balance weight frame is arranged between the first fixed balance weight frame and the second fixed balance weight frame. A sliding rail is arranged on the lower surface of the first fixed balance weight frame. A lighting device is connected into the sliding rail through a supporting rod. According to the combined adjustable crane balance weight device, the frames are used to replace a pig iron one-piece forming structure, and the adjustment function is achieved.
