The invention discloses a lift car bottom high-efficient damping device with dual damping effects. The lift car bottom high-efficient damping device is characterized by comprising hydraulic cylinders (1), wherein the bottom part of each hydraulic cylinder (1) is connected with a lower base plate (2); a piston (3) is arranged in each hydraulic cylinder (1); each piston (3) is connected with a push-pull rod (4); each push-pull rod (4) is sleeved with a spring (5); each spring (5) is sleeved with a rubber sleeve (6); and each spring (5) is connected with an upper base plate (8) through a baffle plate (7). The lift car bottom high-efficient damping device is arranged at the bottom of a lift car, and the hydraulic cylinders are arranged between the upper base plate and the lower base plate. When a lift is started, the pistons are driven by the push-pull rods to rapidly move vertically in the hydraulic cylinders; and the kinetic energy of the lift is rapidly consumed, so that the lift is stably started. Furthermore, according to the damping device disclosed by the invention, the springs are arranged on the push-pull rods, and the rubber sleeves are arranged on the springs, so that the surfaces of the springs are prevented from rusting, and the service life is prolonged. When the lift falls, the damping effect and safety of the lift are greatly improved due to the dual damping effects of the hydraulic cylinders and the springs.
