The invention discloses a stratosphere airship energy manager which comprises four sets of storage batteries, two sets of solar cells, a power drive unit, a lower computer unit, a signal transformation unit, a 28 V voltage stabilization module and a 270 V boosting module. The 28 V voltage stabilization module and the 270 V boosting module are used for conducting secondary transformation on a primary bus and transforming the bus voltage into the voltage required by airship loads. A ground power supply interface is used for being connected with a ground power source at the voltage of 28 V when an airship stays on the ground so as to supply power to all the loads of the airship. Many countries have researched the stratosphere airship in the world, but few related technical research reports on stratosphere airship energy management exist. Application of an intelligent 200 Ah large-power lithium-ion battery pack management system to the stratosphere airship energy manager is proposed; meanwhile, the problem of application of large-power bus transmission and power supply module design to the stratosphere low pressure environment is solved, and the stratosphere airship energy manager has historical breakthrough significance.
