According to the mobile-based walking control method for replacing the power battery of the electric passenger vehicle, provided by the invention, problems in the new mobile charging technical scheme for replacing the power battery of the electric passenger vehicle that the mobile walking structure for taking the power battery and changing the power battery with the electric passenger vehicle cannot be too big due to the mobile characteristics, the mobile walking structure needs to adapt to the space of mobile characteristics, and the mobile walking structure needs to be convenient for taking and movably replacing the power battery of the electric passenger vehicle are solved.
