The invention discloses an intelligent anti-overload anti-omission system. The intelligent anti-overload anti-omission system comprises a single-chip microcomputer MCU, and bijection-type photoelectric sensors, a weighting sensor, an electromagnetic valve latch, a wireless communication encoding emission module, a buzzer warning device and a buzzer-warning relieving switch which are connected with and controlled by the single-chip microcomputer MCU, wherein the wireless communication encoding emission module sends warning signals to a voice warning module through a wireless communication encoding reception module; a feedback loop is formed between the electromagnetic valve latch and the single-chip microcomputer MCU. The intelligent anti-overload anti-omission system disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, convenient to mount, and high in precision, has no safety risks for school-bus systems, is high in degree of automation and low in cost, and has a good popularizing prospect on market.
