The invention discloses a transverse stabilizer bar for adjusting a vehicle roll angle with a lateral acceleration. The transverse stabilizer bar mainly comprises a left transverse stabilizer bar, a right transverse stabilizer bar, an electric servo push rod, a frame and a controller, wherein the left transverse stabilizer bar and the right transverse stabilizer bar are jointed with each other through a bevel gear train; a straight tooth is arranged at the upper end of one bevel gear in the bevel gear train; the straight tooth is engaged with a rack of the electric servo push rod; and the controller is connected with a vehicle CAN (Controller Area Network) bus. The transverse stabilizer bar for adjusting the vehicle roll angle with the lateral acceleration, disclosed by the invention, is advantaged in that the structure of the transverse stabilizer bar is reasonable; the transverse stabilizer bar is convenient in use; and as the rigidity of the transverse stabilizer bar is small, good comfort can be obtained when a vehicle runs on a pot-holed road in a straight line. During the turning of the vehicle, the electric servo push rod is controlled by the controller to drive the bevel gear train so that the torsion angle of the transverse stabilizer bar is increased; therefore, the anti-roll moment born on the vehicle from the transverse stabilizer bar is increased, the roll angle is reduced and good stability in operation is obtained.
