The invention discloses a secondary speed-reduction rear driving axle assembly. The secondary speed-reduction rear driving axle assembly comprises a rear axle housing assembly which is horizontally arranged, a main speed reduction belt differential mechanism assembly arranged in the middle of the rear axle housing assembly, wheel hub assemblies arranged at the two ends of the rear axle housing assembly, two disc type brake assemblies and two half axles; the top and bottom of the rear axle housing assembly of the main speed reduction belt differential mechanism assembly are horizontal; the top and bottom of a main speed reducer housing are horizontal; each wheel hub assembly comprises a wheel hub and a wheel side speed reducer which are rotationally arranged at the two ends of the rear axle housing assembly; each wheel side speed reducer comprises a wheel side speed reducer housing, a gear ring, a solar wheel, a planet carrier, more than one planet wheel and an end cover arranged at the end part of the wheel hub assembly; and each planet wheel is engaged with the corresponding solar wheel and the corresponding gear ring at the same time, and each wheel hub and the corresponding wheel side speed reducer housing are in an integrated structure. The secondary speed-reduction rear driving axle assembly has the beneficial effects of compact structure, light weight and wide main speed reduction ratio covering range, and the height of a base plate can be effectively lowered.
