The invention discloses an overboard lifesaving schoolbag, which comprises a schoolbag pocket body and double shoulder straps, wherein the double shoulder straps are arranged on the back surface of the schoolbag pocket body; a pull cord switch is arranged on the double shoulder straps; a mobile power supply and an airbag are arranged in the schoolbag pocket body; the input end of the pull cord switch is linearly connected with the mobile power supply, and the output end of the pull cord switch is linearly connected with the airbag; the airbag comprises a triggering device and an expansion airbag. According to the overboard lifesaving schoolbag, when a student falls into water, the pull cord switch is pulled to energize the triggering device to work, and the expansion airbag rapidly expands to support the schoolbag pocket body to float on water, so that the student is prevented from being sunk, and self-rescuing of the student or rescuing of persons on the shore is facilitated.
