The invention discloses a crack-resistant bicycle inner-tube material. The material is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 0.5 to 1.5 part of sulfur powder, 40 to 50 parts of compound intercalation modified powder, 1 to 3 parts of carbon fiber, 10 to 15 parts of chlorobutyl rubber, 10 to 20 parts of butadiene rubber, 4 to 6 parts of potassium stearate, 20 to 30 parts of lightweight calcium carbonate, 5 to 10 parts of a silane coupling agent kh550, 10 to 15 parts of anhydrous aluminum chloride, 5 to 7 parts of EVA resin, 30 to 50 parts of butyl rubber and 0.2 to 0.8 part of erucyl amide. According to the invention, the butadiene rubber has good elasticity and high wear resistance; and the reasonable additions of the butadiene rubber and the potassium stearate increase toughness, tensile strength and crack resistance of the crack-resistant bicycle inner-tube material, and enables the crack-resistant bicycle inner-tube material to be stronger and more durable.
